Our engineered prestressed panels are wet cast on purpose made long line casting beds. Factory controlled manufacturing including heating and daily cube testing ensures the maximum strength, consistency and quality of our prestressed panels. The strength of the finished panels outperform precast or in-situ panels of the same thickness, therefore improving efficiency with less material used, longer spans, less delivery costs, quick installation and lower carbon emission.
Our high quality bespoke moulds for precasting and steel prestressing beds provide consistent quality again through factory controlled techniques. Precast products are subject to stringent quality checks at all stages of manufacture.
