Milbury offers a range of prestressed and precast concrete solutions to suit recycling, waste and composting facilities.

Prestressed Vertical Cantilever Panel

Erected within its own foundations or cast into the floor slab, these panels are ideal for forming freestanding push walls and bunker division walls upto 6.5m high.

Panel widths: 1.0m, 1.2m and 1.5m.
Panel thicknesses: 120mm, 160mm and 200mm.
Heights: to suit requirements.

Horizontal Prestressed Panels

Milbury instant walling prestressed cladding panels are ideal as internal push walls at waste recycling facilities. They are manufactured from prestressed concrete for inbuilt strength and resilience.

Rocket Walls

Precast Rocket walls are self-shedding units, the shape of which prevents the lodging of stored material. The units are rapidly installed onto an existing concrete slab and can be easily moved for resiting. The units can be loaded on one or both sides.

Heights available: 2.4m and 3.0m. Effective wall length: 1.25m.
