Silage Panels

Milbury's prestressed silage panels are manufactured from high quality concrete, in accordance with BS5502. 

 

Vertical panels are an effective way of constructing an open bunker or one within a building, whose columns are incapable of accepting the imposed load from the silage.  Double loading panels are available for division walls.

 

Our horizontal panels are ideal for use against columns of a building, or stud columns of an open bunker.  The stub columns may be designed to allow later addition of a roof to cover the silo, or form a building to the outside.
